No Bake Chocolate Bites
1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate2/3 cups oats3 tbsp chopped nuts1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 2/3 cups oats
- 3 tbsp chopped nuts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
In a bowl mix the almond butter, oats and chopped nuts
Mix and melt dark chocolate and coconut oil. It can be done in microwave, heating for 30s intervals, mixing in between
Add the dark chocolate to the almond butter mixture and mix them until combined
Line a mini muffin pan with mini liners and pour the mixture and freeze it for an hour
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
