No Bake Chocolate Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 2/3 cups oats
  • 3 tbsp chopped nuts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix the almond butter, oats and chopped nuts
  • Mix and melt dark chocolate and coconut oil. It can be done in microwave, heating for 30s intervals, mixing in between
  • Add the dark chocolate to the almond butter mixture and mix them until combined
  • Line a mini muffin pan with mini liners and pour the mixture and freeze it for an hour
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
