No Bake Chocolate Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 2/3 cups oats
- 3 tbsp chopped nuts
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the almond butter, oats and chopped nuts
- Mix and melt dark chocolate and coconut oil. It can be done in microwave, heating for 30s intervals, mixing in between
- Add the dark chocolate to the almond butter mixture and mix them until combined
- Line a mini muffin pan with mini liners and pour the mixture and freeze it for an hour
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container
